Description
A baby's cap made of white cotton (sheer cloth is woven with a series of narrow stripes). The cap is edged with a linen ruffle and it secures with drawstrings at center top and back. Ties at the chin with cloth tape ties. Quaker made, this was worn in Southeastern Pennsylvania or Northern Delaware.
