Description

A child's petticoat, made of white cotton. This is designed with a bodice and shoulder straps (made of cotton tape). The bodice is lined with the same fabric, and it fastens at the back with three buttons. There are three button holes across the waist, center and sides (these would attach to buttons in another garment. White cotton petticoat with bodice and cotton tape shoulder straps.
