Description
A deep flounce of ecru, machine-made, four-twist bobbinet lace embellished with an embroidered floral border and hand embroidered isolated sprigs and dots. A wide band of lace that terminates with a scalloped edge. Formed into a collar or 'bertha' by gathers at the shoulders. Both undyed cotton and blue silk threads are used for stitching.
