Description
A girl's dress, made of blue wool plaid twil. The drop waist is embellished with a series of decorative tabs with faux buttonholes (made of the same fabric and attached to the skirt with mother of pearl buttons that are covered in a painted paisley pattern). The cuffs are covered in green velvet. The collar is also edged with green velvet. Labeled as late victorian period. This dress does not have any manufacturing labels. It is probably homemade.
