Petticoat

Description
A petticoat, made of linen. The petticoat is open in the back and the waistband has a series of buttonholes (to attach to underclothes). "Edith C Moon" written in script in black ink along the waistband. The petticoat terminates with a series of pintucks and a ruffle at the hem.
