Petticoat

Description
A petticoat, made of linen with a long attached waistband (when worn the length would be similar to a bodice). The petticoat is open at the back without fasteners. The hem is embellished with a deep tuck and terminates with a ruffle. Stamped in black ink along the bottom third of the skirt "BELL".
