Bonnet
1815-1830
Description
A miniature bonnet, probably created for a doll. Made of beige silk and paperboard. The body of the bonnet is pleated. Wide silk ribbons are attached to tie at the chin. The bonnet is stored inside a rectangular wooden box that opens at the top with a hinged lid. Mark on the box: Handwritten in pencil "Little old plain bonnet"
