Trousers (Boy's pants or trousers)

Description

A pair of boy's pants made of a woven wool fabric with a small check pattern. The ground is tan and there are checks of white and green/blue. The pants close at the side with two (probably horn) buttons. The waistband has eight buttonholes, split into two sets of four buttonholes at the front and back. Buttons from a shift or shirt would attach to the two sets of buttonholes at the waist. The cuffs have an additional tucked horizontal band of the same fabric at the hem. There is one pocket (lined with cotton.
