Dress

Description

A child's dress, made of printed diaper weave cotton. The fabric has a cream ground and a small repeating dot pattern with a red dot printed as the core of a larger beige dot. The bodice has a simple shape, with a square neckline. It closes at the back with a row of covered buttons. The buttons are covered with cream cotton (or silk?) netting and reinforced around the edge. Short sleeves and a square neckline. The skirt has a gathered waist and terminates with two tiers, constructed from the same fabric.
