An iron crochet (or tambour) hook. A tapered, cylindrical iron shaft that terminates at one end with a small hook. The other end terminates with a rounded tip. Mark: (illegible because of corrosion) "[...] SIZE" Tambour hooks are very small, and this could be a very basic tambour hook (without a handle) or a very small crochet hook.
