Description
A petticoat made of cotton. A long skirt with a deep 7 1/4" long embellishment of floral themed broderie Anglaise handwork (embroidery and cutwork, openwork), terminating with a scalloped hem. The waistband has been removed. The floral embroidery is executed in satin stitch. The scalloped trim is edged with whip stitch.
