Description
A baby's cap made of linen and cotton. Fine, plain-weave linen is adorned with bands of decorative drawn work along the front edges and across the crown. A wide border between the drawn work bands is decorated with embroidered grape vines, exectured in French knots, with inserted panels of netting. Drawstrings at the forehead and nape of the neck. Cotton twill tape ties appear to be a replacement.
