Construction Description
The original panels are composed of three layers of handmade Asian papers. The first two outer layers are a very thin paper made from a grass fiber. The third, innermost layer is made from the paper mulberry fiber. Reconstruction paper is wove paper. (See Fiber Analysis Report by Debora Myer, 2/21/1994.)
