Due to the weakness of the impression, it is not certain if this is a State II, or perhaps a later publication by John Boydell, which would signify a third state. This was one of the plates in Boydell's collection and issues from this plate were listed in his catalogue. This impression may date from the second half of the eighteenth century after plate was acquired by Boydell.
