Description
This ironing board, made around 1880, was used in the Canterbury, New Hampshire Shaker community, but may not be Shaker-made. It consists of a rectangular wooden top that sits on two X-shaped supports connected to each other by a horizontal wooden board. There is a partially remaining maker decal.
