Description

A child's sheer cotton gown, embellished with floral themed broderie Anglaise handwork (embroidery and openwork). . The cap sleeves are also embellished with small areas of broderie Anglaise and edged in ruffled tiers of lace. The bodice features a triangular panel of broderie Anglaise, framed diagonally with lace. The front center area of the skirt is embellished with a large, scrolling broderie Anglaise floral pattern. The gown secures with a set of drawstrings at the back of the neck and another set of drawstrings at the waist.The hem is edged with a scalloped lace edge.
