"Price P. jun., clock & watchmaker 147 Chestnut" is listed in Edward Dawes' Philadelphia Directory for 1817, p. 282. In 1816, he is listed as "Price, Phillip, jun. clock maker, &c. 147 Chestnut." In Robinson's Original Annual Directory for 1817..., p. 354, he is listed as "Price Philip, jun. clock maker, &c. 147 Chestnut and 35 South Fourth."
