• Black-printed creamware jug with variation on the Werther scene plus a view of Charlotte: June 18, 2016 sale, lot 838, side one scene titled "WERTER GOING to SHOOT HIMSELF" and side two, "CHARLOTTE WEEPING OVER / THE TOMB of WERTER." Both scenes surmounted by crossed pistols and printed by G. Brammer of Shelton. Inspired by the novel, "The Sorrows of Young Werther," by Goethe.
