Object Description

Web - 12/16/2016

These tools are used to knit heddles. The heddle sticks fit into the rectangular holes at the ends of the thick part of the 'T," and are held in place as the thread is being tied on. Because heddles are usually kept as part of a set of gears (see 2015.0028.30), a new set must be made for each new type of fabric woven.
