An infant's dress, made of white cotton. There are inset horizontal pin-tucks at the center front of the bodice and these are also edged with vertical ruffles. That detail is replicated on the cap sleeves. Waistband is pleated. The dress closes in the back with buttons and cloth tie drawstrings
