Edmund Dolbeare (Maker)
1642-1706/11
Edmund Dolbeare was born in England and came to Boston by September 16, 1671. Finding little success there while possibly working as a journeyman in the shop of John Baker (brazier and pewterer), Edmund moved his second wife and family to Salem around 1684. They were back in Boston by 1693. Edmund died sometime between 170 and 1711. Father to John Dolbeare, pewterer.
