As per Flynt & Fales, The Heritage Silver Collection, p. 282: Son of Joseph Moulton III (1744-1816). Brother of William Moulton III (1772-1861), Enoch Moulton (1780-ca.1820), and Abel Moulton (1784-1840+). Married Jane Somerby on October 18, 1787. Married a second time to Nabby Bourne in 1794.
