Second state or later The plate was originally made shortly after 1702. This restrike was made in the later eighteenth century from the plate, which due to great wear from many earlier printings had been extensively reworked with roulette. The amount of wear and the use of wove paper support the late eighteenth century date (State III) for the restrike.
